NYKTOPHOBIA play melodic death metal which is as massive as Amon Amarth and not lightweight as old In Flames or Dark Tranquillity for example. The sound is extremely powerful and well balanced. All ingredients like the leading growls and supportive screams, the story-telling guitars and the mighty drums are just at the right place. But besides the technical perfection the catchy and anthemic songwriting is the biggest highlight of this majestic release. Essential for all death metal maniacs! H.L.

Alter leck mich Arsch, ich habe Melodic Death Metal größtenteils wirklich aufgegeben gehabt und mich mehr in den Black Metal vertieft, aber holy shit, ihr bringt genau das wieder, was mir am Melodic Death Metal heutzutage so oft fehlt, nicht überproduziert, wunderbar harmonisierte Gitarrenläufe, Blastbeats...
